*How does ISKCON Temple's finances work?*
🔸All ISKCON temples in India are branches of ISKCON Juhu Temple which is *registered under Bombay Trust act.*
🔸All the projects in India are branches under that trust.
*Every temple is audited by a CA of respective branch.* Later all these audit are sent to Juhu Temple where a *consolidated audit is performed.*
🔸The audited report is submitted to *Income Tax Department of India as well as Charity Commissioner .*
🔸Additionaly ,ISKCON is also *registered for GST which is audited by a different CA at state level.*
🔸 *Hundi counting register is maintained with denomination*. So even that is also record. If any authority wants to come and see it he/she can come.
🔸 *Charity commissioner report of all ISKCON Temple's can be accessed by anyone after following due process set by them.*
🔸Every branch of ISKCON Temple is financially independent and has to be self sustainable.
There is a proper balance sheet maintained by each ISKCON branch. Every transaction is maintained and verified by CA including inter branch transaction.
_*Foreign Transactions:*_
There are two important authorities for all Foreign Transactions :
*FCRA* : Foreign Currency Regulation Act
*FEMA*: Foreign Exchange Management Act
🔸 *ISKCON is registered and audited by both FCRA and FEMA.*
🔸Whenever there is any money coming in from other countries to ISKCON India it comes in through FCRA and there are returns filed for it.
🔸So all foreign currency transaction are also monitored by FCRA.
🔸Now coming to the burning issues which is widely circulated on social Media .
*Does ISKCON sends money outside India as profit ?*

🔸There are different regulations laid down by FEMA for sending any money out of India. This is one of the strongest authority of India.
🔸FEMA is an extremely vigilant and strongest authority in India.
🔸 *Since the inception of ISKCON past over 50 years, there is not even one single violation or notice by any of these authorities.*
So Dear Friends, please don't get influenced by all the false propagation made by some misinformed people or anti-vedic forces who do not wish to see the amazing success of ISKCON's contribution to the world in re-establishing and reviving Vedic Culture.
