ON ALL INDIA MUSLIM GOW PALAK SAMELLAN
13th of
September, 2015 marks a beginning of a new movement in the Indian History. When
the pages of Indian history will be written, the program of Muslim Rashtriya
Manch on the protection and promotion of Cow by the Muslims shall be written as
the golden beginning of a new era.
The Muslim Community of India especially the Muslim Community of Ferozpur
Zirka, Mewat, Haryana who are considered to be the most notorious section of
Muslim Community in terms of killing and slaughtering the cows, hurting the sentiments
of Hindu Community. All India Muslim Gow Palak Samellan is a type of initiation
in terms of working on the removing the tag from the names of the Muslims who
are being used as the scapegoats by few big guns of the society.
It is the initiative of Shree Indresh Kumar Ji who is the patron of Muslim
Rashtriya Manch, who has been working for decades for the welfare of the
minorities of India especially the Muslims. It is he who is seriously concerned
about the issue of clearing the image of the Muslims of India from being tagged
as the Fundamentalists and Extremists and believes in making the face of Indian
Muslims as the world leaders of Muslims. The All India Muslim Gow Palak
Samellan is the idea of Shree Indresh Kumar Ji.
In All India Muslim Gow Palak Samellan thousands of Gow Palaks from all over
India like Rajasthan, Jammu and Kashmir, Haryana, Uttrakhand, UP, Gujrat,
Chattisgrah, Punjab West Bengal, Maharashtra, and Delhi attended and chanted
the slogans in favor of protection of Cow like, GOW KI KURBANI NAHI,
HIFAZAT HI, GAW TARAKI HAI, GAW SEHAT HAI, GOW BHAICHARA HAI, GAW JANNATI HAI.
Many eminent personalities were present on the stage which included Shree
Indresh Kumar Ji (Patron Muslim Rashtriya Manch), Manohar Lal Khattar Ji (Chief
Minister Haryana), Maulana Umyair Ahmad Ilyasi (Chief All India Imam
Association),Dr. Tahir, Ex Panchayati Raj Minister, C.P Radha Krishan
(Former M.P), Gyan Chand Ji, Sarvanand Arya, Bal Krishna Gupta, Tanveer
Ahmad,Tasveria Ji, Ravinder Chokhar, Mohan Singh Ahluwalia, Bhani Ram Mangle,
Aurangzeb, Mohd Afzal, Abbas Ali Vohra, Adv. Yasser Jilani, Abu Bakr Naqvi,
Islam Abbaas , Dr Sadaqat, Maulana Suhaib Qasmi, Maulana Kokab Mujtaba, , Anil
Garg, Co-Salawat Khan, Munawar Chaudhary, Convers of MRM- Lateef Makhdoom,
Mazahir Khan, Dr. Saleem Raj, Taj-ud-dinS.K. Muddin, Surinder Ji , Nawabuddin
Nabbu, Irfan MIrza, Aslam Bharti, Col. Rajawat, Akhlak Ahmad, Mir Nazir, Naresh
Qadyan, Ab. Qayoom Raja, Maulana Ab Rahim, Sharik Khan, Ishrat Jahan, Inamul
Haq, Najul Lashkar, Sajid Jameel, Sikander Ali, and many others.
Farooq Ahmad along with a team of 40 peaople ahs come from Himachal Pradesh,
also a team of 15 people has come from Doda Kishtwar area of Jammu and Kashmir,
Zaheer Ahmad, Gayasuddin from Gaya, Anis Bhai from Goa, C.P Radhakrishna and
his team from Tamil Nadu, a team frm Kerala, Nagar Haveli, Mehraj Bhai from
Chandigrah, Girish Gupta and his team from Ludhiana, Yasir Bhai from Faridpur.
Also the representatives of 300 Gow Shalas were present. Due to the security
reasons around 300 vehicles were not able to reach to the place of
Samellan.
The grand success of All India Muslim Gow Palak Samellan is the effort of the
team work of the volunteers of Muslim Rashtriya Manch who worked for months
throughout India. Those who were actively engaged for the program are as
follows:
1. Girish
Juyal Ji: He was the In-charge of All India Muslim Gow Palak Samellan. He
looked after the whole affairs of arrangements throughout Haryana for around 1
and a half month. He regularly coordinated with Dr. Imran Chaudhary, Khursheed
Rajaka, Naveen Tulle Ji, Faiz Khan, Rais Khan (MLA), Aas Mohd, Dr. Tahir, Dr.
Munawar Chaudhary, Adv. Yasser Jilani, Adv. Adil Muneer Andrabi, Maulana Aalim
Renuka Sharma, Raj Kumar Sudarshan Ji, Dr. Mahendra Garg, Brij Mohan
Chauhan and many others. He worked on providing and distributing the materials
like Pamphlets, CDs and other information material regarding the program for
this period.
Shree
Girish Juyal Ji praised the efforts of all the workers of MRM for showing the
enthusiasm they have shown and have been showing for the last one and a half
months for making the programs of MRM successful. He said that MRM is expecting
the volunteers to work hard to make this program also a grand success. More
than 70 volunteers are engaged in all kinds of media whether it is Social
Media, Print Media or Electronic Media. Naresh Ji and Mukesh Goyal regularly
give news bites regarding the development works. The message regarding the
program has reached to around more than 10 lakh people. Promotion material
being distributed after the Friday prayers outside Masjids. Muslim
Scholars from Iran, Darul Uloom Deoband, Barelvi have issued Fatwas regarding
the protection of Cow.
He
also gave the details of the work in progress in different states for the
program of 13th September, 2015.
1. Hyderabad:-
graeat work has been done by the Maulana and Ulemas of Hyderabad by passing
fatwas that the protection of cow is our duty and one who disobeys and
contravenes shall be punished. Dr. Nadeem and around 160 maulana did this job.
2. 100s
of people are coming from Panipat, Sonipat, Ambala, Panchkula, Chandigrah. In
all these areas volunteers of MRM area engaged day and night.
3. People
from Jammu and Kashmir are also working for the program.
4. 4.
Rajasthan, Alwar, Tijara in these places people area also engaged.
5. People
from Gurgaon also came forward and extended their hands for work and other
kinds of support.
6. In
Ferozpur Zirka and Mewat both Muslim and Non Muslim brothers are completely
engaged in making the program a grand success. The females from these places
said that they will feed the people coming to the program.
7. Palwal,
Hodal, Hateen, Faridabad Balamgrah people from all these areas area also
engaged.
8. Noida,
Ghaziabad people are also working for the program.
9. People
from Mathura, Brindawan and Agra area also expected to attended the program.
1. Rais
Khan: He is the local MLA of the Mewat area who is also working on the
protection of Cow. He has made a historic speech in the Haryana State Assembly
regarding the Protection of Cow and has mobilized the concept throughout his
constituency. He played an important role in making the All India Muslim Gow
Palak Samellan successful. He took the meetings of 90 Sirpanchs and 1200
workers attended the gathering.
2. Haji
Tayyab Qureshi: He is the person who has first of all raised his voice
against the slaughtering of the cow. He has been working for years for
spreading he message regarding the protection of cow.
3. Gani
Bhai Qureshi: He was the in-charge of the Exhibition in All India
Muslim Gow Palak Samellan. He completely controlled the arrangements of the
exhibition of the All India Muslim Gow Palak Samellan.
4. Faiz
Khan: He is the Convener of the Gow Palak Prakosht. He also played a
significant role in All India Muslim Gow Palak Samellan.
5. Haji
Mohd Afzal: Proof reading and Launching of the
book “GOW AND ISLAM”.
6. Abbas
Ali Vohra: he performed his duty of
Pramukh Sampark.
7. Naveen
Tulle: He performed his duty of managing the Exhibition which was installed
in the Gow Palak Samellan.
8. Adv. Syed
Adil Muneer Andrabi: He performed the job of invitation to all the
Ministries of the Union as well as the State Chief Ministers and the Governers
through emails.
9. Abu
Bakar Naqvi: he was the Incharge Stall Management.
10. Adv
Yasser Jilani: He has spread all over Okhla around 300 holdings
promoting the program and encouraging the people of his area to participate in
the program.
11. Naveen
Kuli: He was the Observer Stall Management

Suhaib Qasmi and Dr. Imran Chaudhary: They were the
Media Incharge

Rajaka: He was to lopk after the Arrangements in Haryana

Ji:
Shree
Indresh Kumar Ji started addressing the countless people sitting over there in
the program by extending his greetings to the people for patiently waiting in
the heat of sun, irrespective of their color, caste and creed and listening
carefully. He first of all told about why Ferozpur, Zirka, Mewat was chosen as
the venue for the program why not any other place. For that he said, the Muslim
Community of India especially the Muslim Community of Ferozpur Zirka, Mewat,
Haryana who are considered to be the most notorious section of Muslim Community
in terms of killing and slaughtering the cows, hurting the sentiments of Hindu
Community. All India Muslim Gow Palak Samellan is a type of initiation in terms
of working on the removing the tag from the names of the Muslims who are being

He
said that the ALL INDIA MUSLIM GOW PALAK SAMELLAN is having the International
as well as the National importance. The design of this program is very wide.
Before elections no one knew who shall form the government. After the elections
a new phase of Muslims have come to the front. Neither the separatists nor the
Fundamentalists or the Molvis/Imams will decide the agenda for the Muslims. So
on the platform of Muslim Rashtriya Manch we decided to do something new, big
and different for the Muslims of India. We took many initiatives in the shape
of International Iftaar Party on 4th of July,2015,
followed by the All India Maulana Conference on 8th of
August, 2015 in Lucknow. These two programs gave a new name and image to Muslim
Rashtriya Manch and it got recognition not only in India but also abroad. These
two programs gave some faces which were neither associated with any Political
nor Social or any Religious organization. These included the intellectuals from
every section of the society. Ambassadors from many Muslim nations accepted the
invitation for the programs and attended the programs with enthusiasm. This
initiative of Muslim Rashtriya Manch was appreciated worldwide.
A new boost has been given to Muslim Rashtriya Manch by these programs.
These gave so strong message that people see Muslim Rashtriya Manch as
the new platform for Muslims on international level. We are trying to make the
Indian Muslims the new face of Muslim world. People should come forward to
become the world leader instead of rotting as a local leader. As in the Maulana
Conference of 8th August, 2015, Mulsims from all the sects came
and made the conference a grand success. There were Sunni, Shia, Hanfi, Shafi,
Ahl-e-Hadees, infact every sect of Muslims. A new slogan was framed asDANGA,
AATANG, HINSA, ZULM, BATWARA BAHRAT CHODDO, BHARAT CHODDO.
Another land mark of
Muslim Rashtriya Manch is the program on Raksha Bandhan in Jaipur in which
people participated for many days irrespective of their religion. Hindus,
Muslims, Sikh, Bodh, Jain, Christains every one participated. Those who at some
point confronted us also participated in the programs of Muslim Rashtriya
Manch. The year of 2015 shall be remembered as the landmark year for Muslim
Rashtriya Manch.
Shree Indresh Kumar Ji
said that while coming for the program I was thinking who shall be present in
the program and I am pleased to see everyone including men, women, children and
the age old persons from all the corners of many states with enthusiasm. As in
1857 as movement was started that with the slogan of Firangi Maro,
Desh Bachao Desh Bachao, Bharat Chodo by Gandhi and Tum Mujhe Khoon Do, Me
Tuumhe Aazadi Dunga-Bose. Today we have started this movement with
the slogan of Gow Ka Paalan Karenge, Apni Izzat Badhayeng and Desh
aur Haryana Ko Aabad Karenge.
Todays’ Jalsa is not a Political or a religious Jalsa. The Islamic religion
never promoted the killing of Cow. Hazrat Mohammad (SAW) once was served with
the beef, he rejected to eat it and said it is disease and repeated it three
times. Surah Bakar is the longest Surah of Quran. Quran is the pious book of
Muslims. There is never been seen the Qurbani of a cow in Saudia Arab.
An exhibition has been provided here regarding what the Muslim scholars of the
world have told about the cow. Follow your religion and respect the religion of
others. What will happen if you don’t eat meat instead it will spread the
message of love not the hatred. Nafrat Bhagayenge, Mohabbat Layenge.
Hum Sab Ek Hain, Hum Sab Ek hain.
30th July
was the day when two Muslims left this world for the eternal world. There was a
huge contrast between the two persons of the same community. One will be
remembered by the world with the bad deeds and the other will be remembered for
the direction he gave to the nation. The first one is the Yaquq Memon who was
involved in the 1993 serial bomb blasts in Mumbai which lead to the deaths of
many people which shook the nation, while as the other one is Dr. APJ Abdul
Kalam who gave the missile technology to India which gave a new name to the
Indian nation.
On this serious issue the media which were expected to play a positive role
kept no stone unturned to create fuss in different areas. but the true secular
character of the people came to the front and they proved their patriotism and
didn’t allow sort of breach of peace to happen anywhere. Even the family
members of Yaqub Memon welcomed the decision of the apex court of India and
asked for some relief and relaxations from the government so htat they can
properly observe the final rituals of Yaqub Memon, and seek his forgiveness
from almighty Allah. The government allowed everything and no news of any sort
of disturbance in the peace process came to the front from anywhere. In all
this event the 17 Crore Muslims of India proved there secular naturea and
character and proved that there can be no compromise with the security and
peace of the nation.
On the other hand, not only the 123 Crore people of India but the 742
Crore people of the entire world expressed their grief and sorrow on the loss
of the of the great hero of Indian nation Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, who has proved
to be an inspiration to the whole world.
Manohar Lal Khattar:
The
Chief Minister of Haryana, Shree Manohar Lal Khattar while addressing the
Samellan first of all greeted the people of Mewat, especially the people
present over there that irrespective of the sectarian differences people from
every community from every area of Haryana came and made this All India Muslim
Gow Palak Samellan a historic event which shall be written in the golden words
when the history of India will be written 50 years down the line.
He further added that I am not competent enough to speak in front of Shree
Indresh Kumar JI, but due to the compulsion of my duty to perform I am standing
in front of you all. I am here for the development of Mewat as it has been
neglected for decades by the previous governments. The Muslims majority of
Mewat has only been kept as the mere vote banks and has never been taken into
consideration other than this motive. Mewat has remained as the land of the
freedom fighters and it has played a very important role for the freedom
struggle of India. But nowadays due to the some anti social elements the name
of the Muslims of this area have been misused for their ill motives. The
Muslims have been made notorious in the name of killing cows in the slaughter
houses for few rupees. A Muslim of Mewat who is known for his love for Cow has
nowadays been made the scapegoats. It is the high time for the Muslims to come
forward and clear their image.
Cow is having the religious importance and people from other religions should
respect the religious sentiments of th Hindus. I appeal all the Muslims not to
give the sacrifice of Cow in the forthcoming Eid. He also announced a
subsidy package of Rs. 3000 for those who aea raring 3-5 cows and Rs. 10000 for
those who area raring more than 5 cows.
Maulana Umyair Ilyasi:
I congratulate the people over here for making this program successful. I
praise Rais Khan (MLA) for playing his part in making the program a grand
success. I also appeal the Muslim Community not to give the sacrifice of the
Cow on Eid, but instead resot to other animals which are not prohibited in
Islam.
Award Ceremony:
In the end of the program around 80 Muslim Gow Palak’s from all over India were
awarded for their outstanding work in the field of protection of cow and the
promotion of cow. A Shawl, a Certificate and a momento was presented to every
awardee. These included Gow Palaks from all over India like Rajasthan, Jammu
and Kashmir, Haryana, Uttrakhand, UP, Gujrat, Chattisgrah, Punjab West Bengal,
Maharashtra, and Delhi.
Gai aur Islam:
Duriong the program a
book namely “Gai aur Islam” was launched. The book is written
by Mohd Faiz Khan, Shiraz Qureshi, and Abhijeet Singh. The book speaks about
the Islamic religion as it is a religion of Peace and brotherhood, every such
thing which harms the neighbor is prohibited in Islam. Cow is such a creation
of Allah which is beyond the Religion, Caste and Creed and is beneficial to the
whole humanity. Some of the Political and the Religious leaders ahs used the
cow to play hteir political games and create fuss in the name of cow. There is
a huge controversy created regarding between Muslims and the Cow, it is being
said the Muslims are the main culprits involved in the killings of Cow, doing
business in the skin, bones, beef etc.
To remove this misconception regarding the Islam, to bring the real face of
Islam before the India and the world, to spread peace and brotherhood in India,
it is necessary to take some important steps and it is the step taked nby the
Gow Prakosht of Muslim Rashtriya Manch in the shape of this book ”Gow
aur Islam”.
Resolution Passed:
During he Samellan a
resolution was passed. The things which were passed in the resolution area
already discussed by Muslim Rashtriya Manch, and also been given the practical
shape and will be doing in future too.
Cow is important and beneficialfor both Hindus and Muslims. Not only India buth
te whole humanity will be under threat without the cow so the protection of cow
is very important. While the Sadhus and Saints have called the cow as the
mother of humanity in the same manner the benefits of cow and the milk products
have been mentioned in Hadees as well as the ill effects of beef have also been
mentioned there. From the very beginning the cow has remained faith of Hindus.
The revolt of 1857 has also started on the issue of the protection of cow in
which both the Hindus and Muslims played their equal parts. That’s why we have
gathered here of the love of Cow, patriotism and humanity and are passing this
resolution:
1. Every
worker/volunteer of Muslim Rashtriya Manch whole heartedly will work for the
protection of cow and will make others to do so.
2. Every
year Muslim Rashtriya Manch shall start 5 Gow Shalas which shall be managed by
the Muslims.
3. Like
Jana Gana Mana, the government of India shall creat a theme in the shape of Gow
Gana Mana.
4. There
shall be the complete ban on Cow slaughter by the government, and a central law
must be passed for that and its application shall be made possible.
5. Beef
trading shall be banned and also the cow slaughter houses.
6. Agencies
for protection and promotion of cow shall be created on state levels as well as
District levels.
7. Cow
shall not only be declared as the National Animal, but also the Universal
Animal. This is our demand to the UNO along with India. Cow is the sign of
development above the religion or caste.
8. The
religious scholars of every religion (Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Bodh,
Jain) have requested their people to wotk for the protection and promotion of
the cow.
9. The
Gow Char land shall be free from illegal occupation and law shall be made for
that and it shall be made possible that no such illegal occupation happens in
future.
10. Society
along with the government shall be engagedin the lprotection and promotion of
cow.
